Surroundings first opened its doors in 1975 in an old duplex located on Sunset Blvd in Houston, Texas. Thirty-five years later, Surroundings is still in the same location (except we've moved next door) and is still a family run business.
Surroundings offer a unique mixture of home furnishings, housewares, gifts, and personal accessories from around the world and our own backyard. We specialize in handcrafted or artisan made items imported from Mexico, Guatemala, and other Latin American countries.
Since most of what Surroundings offers is "one of kind", the online store only displays a limited selection of what is available. Please call us or send us an e-mail if you are looking for something that is not currently available on the website and we will be happy to help.
