Surroundings payment system is through PayPal.
Returns
All returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued though PayPal in the form they were received. Items must be returned in the condition sold with a copy of the receipt. Please be sure to return the item in a well packaged box and fully insured for the item. Surroundings is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in the mail. All purchases can be returned in person at the Surroundings store location, 1708 Sunset Blvd., Houston, TX 77005. Please call in advance if returning a large item, such as a piece of furniture. All costs of the return shipments are the responsibility of the owner.
Damaged Items
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 7 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt of arrival as no claims can be made after 7 days. Please contact us immediately at 713-527-9838 for a replacement or refund. UPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage, so please hold onto all packing materials and the damaged item until further notice.
Shipping
We currently only ship to addresses in the United States. All orders, except furniture, are either shipped UPS Ground or through the United States Postal Service, whichever is cheaper. Orders will be shipped within two business days of placement. All delivery times are estimates.

Gift Certificates or Credits
Please call us at 713-527-9838 or e-mail us at surroundingsinc@hotmail.com to use a gift certificate or store credit. Please have your order and gift certificate or store credit number ready.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all shipments mailed within Texas.
Cancellations
Cancelled orders that have been processed and packaged, will have a 15% restocking fee. If the order has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.
